[Lancaster] PHP/MySQL training

I'm afraid I can't help there, I looked for tutorials on the web and learnt 
the basics from there. Then I've just expanded my knowledge by looking at 
source code and looking up anything I don't understand on php.net. I later 
got hold of a book, but found I'd already covered the basics quite well.
