[Lancaster] PHP/MySQL training

A book which I have found to be very helpful is
    "Sams Teach Yourself PHP, MySQL & Apache in 24 hours" by: Julie C 
Meloni, ISBN 0-672-32489-X
The time scale in the title is perhaps a little optimistic, however a 
very good introduction never the less.
