I will be upgrading SNM and Mail-in-01 to Debian Squeeze on Thursday
27th December.

While it may be quicker, I'm allowing 3 hours per server.  I intend to
do Mail-in-01 in the morning (approximately 10am till 1pm), and SNM from
2 pm till 5pm.

As Mail-in-01 is the primary mailserver, this is likely to result
in some delay to mail coming through if it was sent during the morning
downtime, so you may wish to advise your members.
