indeed it has been quiet.. and i appologise for my part in the silence... however i have good reason...
My stupid hard disk has lost its ability to recognise its partions!

which reminds me... does anyone know how to recover data from a hard disk that has lost the ability to recognise its partitions and thus wont boot?
i have a second hard disk that is a bit old and flaky that im currently trying to convince to talk to my computer, but that wont help me recover the vital information stored on the dead(?) HD <hinesight>always back up BEFORE it dies</hinesight>

hopefully speak online soon!!

Oh and Grahame... dont panic... i can steal... i mean borrow my mates computer and repeatedly do- so still send me the designs when your ready! it just may be a slightly slower turn around that you would normally expect from the almighty me :-p
