I work and live in Boston, will try and find out if where you can promote event, also have several other officers interested in attending !

Will be able to bring PC (laptop for use with any demo )

Will ask if it is possible to use a smartboard / projector etc on the day.

(based on the fact that Open Source Software is now on the e-government agenda, and it must be promoted.
