[Lincs] Test Web site

Not sure if we can do anything with a 'user stylesheet' not sure if 
Wordpress supports that? anyone?

I've added a little colour to the site, any better?  Not sure i'm a fan 
of a dark blue background, not good for the eyes either!  :)
