[Lincs] Web site

I am happy to have a CMS integrated into the site, i think its a very
good idea... i will look through my archive and contact the people
that wanted to be involved in the new site, get them in touch with
each other and hopefully we will see a new site soon...

for ease we may as well continue to use lincs.lug.org.uk so i will
forward the login details to those that need them
