[Lincs] Lincs LUG: relaunch?

Ladies, Gents,

As I have said previously in this thread, the current members of this group
do not think of this LUG as inactive, dormant or dead!

Therefore the guidelines for re-activating an inactive LUG do not apply in
this case.

It has been, however, quiet for a while.

There has been a little activity on the forum and on the IRC channel.

The only parts that haven't been active are the physical, social aspects. I
have already stated the reasons for this.

What I would like to suggest is this:

1. As a *whole* decide on what we want to achieve.
2. If required, form an 'official' admin board (Chair, Treasurer, PR etc)
3. Make it work

There are sufficient members available to get the democratic process in
motion.

I will, therefore, start a thread here for members' requirements,
suggestions and thoughts on how we want the LUG to be shaped, run and
administered.

Regards

Dave
