Senior Programmer / Architect.

 

oobla are looking for a software developer to build the prototype of a new
Linux based product.


The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of C, C++, Linux distros
and applications as well as the discipline to document decisions leading to the
final design. Knowledge of Mail Transport Agents, Clients and X essential.

 

Knowledge of VoIP will become important.

 

Initially the contract will be for the development of prototypes but is likely
to be extended into engineering the final product.

 

Proven ability to make the right design choices vital. Candidates should be
able to speak on a significant project they have single-handedly designed and
be able to explain why they made the design decisions they did.

 

Remuneration by negotiation.
