Linux Systems Manager- Central London -£60k + Bonus
 
LINUX / Redhat / Unix / Solaris / Infrastructure / Networks / Server / Desktop / Squid / Apache / Tomcat
 
A London based trading company are urgently looking to recruit a time served, hands on, experienced Linux Systems Engineer to join their very affluent company based in Central London. As the ideal person, you will be a team player with a proactive attitude where you have the mindset to get things done mange not only on a Linux System but also adhoc projects and business critical processes. It goes without saying that you will be a Linux superstar and that you will be unflappable in the management of the firms Linux infrastructure. You will need to be able to install and configure Linux based servers as well as having a strong grasp of Apache / Tomcat servers. Networking DNS and VPN skills will be bread and butter to you, as will desktop and PC repair. On the whole you will need to be able to do everything from user support, right through to network improvement and design
