Applicants will currently
be studying Software Engineering, Computer Science or a similar subject,
who will have covered modules or have knowledge/experience in some or
all of the following:
* C Programming Language ideally on an embedded
system.
* Software Development.
* Embedded Real-time operating systems.

* Software methodologies/Case Tools/architecture. 
* Linux.
* User
interfaces.
* MPEG chip sets.
* Digital satellite, cable and terrestrial
video broadcast systems.
* Version control systems. 

We expect the
applicants: 

* to be enthusiastic team players.
* to be able to
communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
* to be able to
approach a problem methodically and therefore solve problems.
* to be
able to work as part of a team or on an individual basis.
* to feel
confident enough to ask for help and assistance when required
