Whilst I'm not looking for a job, I do keep my eye on this list and
I'd largely agree with this.

An advert containing those 4 things make the advert a whole lot more
appealing, and gives the candidates a lot more of an indication as to
whether it'd actually interest them.

Adverts without these 4 essentials, aren't really adverts in my eyes,
and shouldn't be allowed (or should be happy to receive public mocking!).
