I draw your attention to item C. on the list. When you ring up a 
prospective employer give some friendly advice "Can I ask that you put 
that information on you next job posting please it would help you and 
potential employees tremendously."

Bitching that job posters don't do it is clearly not working. My own 
personal analysis of the the people posting jobs on this list is that 
some of them just 'Throw it out there.' to see what gets caught in the 
net. Or they deliberately leave out bits because they know people will 
go "Are you serious?" I know I do on a lot of the positions I see 
including some that have all the info.
