Entering the business at training level, you will undertake an intensive technical programme before joining a ‘pod’ comprising account managers and technical consultants, shadowing an experienced Linux Engineer. Due to the technical background of the role, UKFast are looking for graduates with knowledge or experience of Linux who hold one of the following degrees (or related):
- Computer Science
- Computing Systems
- Computing
- Applied IT
- Information Technology
- Information Systems
- Computer Technology
- Software Engineering

Once your initial training is complete, you will be tasked with picking up ‘tickets’, assisting clients with addressing any issues they may be experiencing. As powerful supporters of innovation, UKFast offer their graduates freedom and autonomy to design and devise their own solutions and programming, allowing consultants ‘development days’ to work on their own projects. Graduates should therefore be driven and motivated with the ability to think outside the box and strive for new and unique ideas to drive the business forward.
