Hi Everyone,

I currently have an opportunity for a Systems Administrator to join a global software house in Hertfordshire (St Albans).

The role is to look work alongside the EMEA IT Manager and look after their production and internal systems, mentoring a more junior sys admin. Due to the nature of the software they develop, their infrastructure encompasses a number of platforms (Linux, Solaris, HP-UX, AIX) so experience with more than one *NIX distribution is desired. Other key experience includes VMware, scripting and some Windows knowledge.

Salary is around £40-45k + good benefits package (including bonus).

Ideally we'll find the profile above but if not we're also open to having a more junior sys admin join the team - someone with a couple of years support / sys admin experience with *NIX platforms and Windows servers (salary around £24-28k + bens for the junior opportunity).
