We are looking to recruit a Red Hat Systems Engineer to provide 3rd line
support on the implementation and maintenance of a large scale, complex
communications network deployment which will gain critical national
infrastructure status.  This network will be high availability, and fault
tolerant, supporting hundreds of transactions per second.  The Systems
engineer will also provide total system integration validation support to
additional product lines across the UK business unit. Salary in the range
of £50-60K + benefits dependent on experience.

Skills required:

   - RHCE certified or comparable skills/experience
   - CCNA/CCNP certified or comparable skills/experience
   - Understanding of Linux/Java EE/SQL solution stack concepts like Linux
   OS internals, JEE subsystems (JNDI, JMS, JMX, JAAS), Relational objects
   - Implementation, configuration and support of these solution stacks and
   their related software packages (Apache, Jboss/Tomcat, Java, Redis,
   ActiveMQ...)
   - Experience in System Integration of complex multi-product system
   networks with strong networking skills and IP interoperability background.
   - Ability to identify and clearly document issues for resolution


   - Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally
