that's the problem:
i've been with virgin for a year perhaps, then moved house.
ordered a broadband with them - the site said my area (anfield)
is fully covered by cable.
On the installation date - nobody showed up (i wasted the whole day,
waiting for them). then had to spend 20-30 pound on the phone
bill, trying to get through Indian/Pakistani call centres (premium nr's)
trying to speak to anybody who could tell me anything relevant.
only to find out that my area is not covered by cable!
idiotism!  so now i can't have virgin cable (which i was more than
happy with) and looking for alternative stuff. gonna wait for BT landline,
as Eclipse said - they do not work with virgin landlines.
it's £124 out of my student pocket :(
