[Liverpool] Android version and apps availability on the app market

Hi Sebastian,
As I understand it, what is or isn't shown in the marketplace for
android devices is governed by a file in the application package called
'AndroidManifest.xml'. More info

If you can get hold of the .apk file, you can see for yourself -
although you'll need to decode the xml file because for some reason they
store it mangled in the .apk. 5 seconds of Googling resulted in a perl
script [1] that appeared to do the job:
