Sorry to missed you Shaun, myself, Chris and Steve all managed to meet up.
I was a bit delayed as I left the train station from the wrong side and
went through the Arndale centre - no one on that side of town had heard
of the Bricklayers Arms until I stopped an obvious beer drinker who sent
me back through the station. Still got a bit lost until I was sent to it
right next to the station exit - d'oh.
Chris guessed I was in for LUST as I was carrying a rucksack and Steve
saw my Linux mag that left lying out but he was wearing a Linux
tee-shirt to help.
We had a few beers and I caught the 11:24 train back to St Albans.
I've still no ideas what a LUG meet should do apart from drink beer, so
if anyone has any suggestions?
Regards
Robin
