Hi All.

Just to say I enjoyed last night at the Nag's.  That was a good turnout.
I think there were six of us.  Is that correct ?

My only regret was having to leave at nine.  I had done a deal with Lynda 
that she would provide a lift  so long as I left early enough for her to have 
a couple of tipples at home !

Thanks Guy for the _most_ interesting news from your dowsing friend.
Please help me to follow that one up !   I will contact you off list.

I wonder whether the Ubuntu is a good means to  extract the details of a 
machine (in the way that  Knoppix does).  I guess it has dmesg.
