I ditched Mandrake because it's difficult to keep current.  This is just
a desktop system for web browsing etc. so I'll probably just run it for a
while before we change the hardware.  It's behind a couple of firewalls
anyway so it should be relatively safe, safer than the windows boxen on
the same network in any case.
