[Malvern] Petition against BBC iPlayer

Thank you

Having been thoroughly disheartened to learn of the BBC's most recent
movements (DRM tie in with M$) i was wondering how I could voice my
opinion. Thus far, I had only considered writing to the BBC to voice my
concerns and to cease using their services (website + tv.) A letter, I
fear, would probably amount to nothing. Not being a leader in the world,
im glad someone else has had the wits about them to start a petition.

I presume the BBC do this from the fat cats at the top crumbling to
pressure from M$ in other areas (or taking a good deal on software
licences - the two things are one and the same in my mind)

I will certainly forward this on.

The BBC still use Linux servers for the majority of their www (according
to Netcraft today anyway) perhaps this will be changing soon under some
licence deal that I conspiratorially leaned towards above. Keep an eye out!

Best Regards
Angus
