Personally I use EditPlus on Windows and vi on Linux. There are plugins
for some editors on Linux for Perl and Phil mentioned one last night,
but I've gone and forgotten it :(
If you want to keep the templating aspect of your PHP pages, then you
might be interested in my introduction to Template Toolkit talk, that I
plan to give at the next Birmingham Perl Mongers technical meeting on
May 23rd.
