[Newark] ChromeOS receiving native application support

I don't know anyone currently using chromebooks but have to wonder, if one 
wants to have native application support… why not just buy a Linux laptop?

Based on research, personally, I prefer the crouton method so that one can 
run a normal Linux installation rather than a siloed, 
net-only-specific-gtk-theme-only-for-local-applications.

Other than that, nice cheap development machine (once opened).
