No but to a search algorithm this is just its bread and butter.
Computers like dumb tasks much better that humans.

It search snapshots of the web.
Traffic Analysis is very hard to do in REAL TIME.
Do it in Day snapshots ... And you have Google.
Echelon (UK/Europe) CIA/FBI(USA)
Remember there is a lot of money for this being made available.
Another POV
Think of clickstream analysis. The data that we can acquire on that.
Look at the ISPs MSN/AOL they clickstream all their users sessions.
And use it for the innocent idea of marketing.
