Oh! And something I forgot to mention: If you could do without the Outlook
part and barely any groupware functionality (i.e the ability to assign
meetings to other users.. etc), an excellent web-based Open Source solution is
The Horde Suite (www.horde.org). I use this on a daily basis and it's very
robust and easy to use.  Also there's http://www.phprojekt.com - added
groupware ability but web based, and the GUI ain't all that pretty ;P
