[Nottingham] Idea for funds

Yes, I think this is a good idea - although, perhaps some kind of 
formalisation as to what happens to this money, open accounts and so on would 
be a good idea. I'd be happy to do this, if no one has any objections - 
unless there's anyone else who'd like the job?
