[Nottingham] dirctory size command

All,

How does one find the size of all the files in a certain directory? E.g. =
I've got=20

/test
	/blah
	/blob
	/blib
	somefile
	otherfile
	moredata

in the subdirectories blah, blob and blib are yet more files that I need =
to count.

Is this something simple like a recursive ls or is there a special =
command for this?
