[Nottingham] Matrix Reloaded

Has anyone noticed that the matrix
(http://us.imdb.com/Title?0133093) is very similar to
Dark City (http://us.imdb.com/Title?0118929).

I personally prefer Dark City and think the only
reason for the matrix being more popular is because of
guns, kung foo and 'bullet time' or maybe it's keanu's
amazing acting ;).

Of course Dark City came out first and the
Weievuqenvi3f1f13f whatever they are called copied the
basic concept and turned it into sci-fi for the
masses.
