MMMmmmm... Quite likely slightly more refined than the usual stereotyped 
anorak nerd transport cafe venue. Can't imagine them being too busy on a 
Wed and I doubt that the new students have discovered it yet.

If there's a wild guess on numbers, I could give them a call to sort out 
any 'formalities'. (Been doing a lot of that recently on another 
subject... ...)
