Unfortunately very true, and I've witnessed some very sharp sales pitch 
crap on Tottenham Court Rd London to con extra dosh out of the punters.

Some folk are very receptive and interested to learn. However, there's a 
lot that deliberately don't want to know and just want computers to work 
like when they press the buttons on their DVD player or whatever appliance.

And MS style worms may yet spread to the latest super-featured mobile 
phones...
