Hi there,

I have now obtained an ITE8212F chipset on a card made by Extreme IO and
will attempt to get the driver fixed to operate a regular IDE device.

The card I have does not apparently have the RAID BIOS so I will try
destroying it at some point by hand upgrading the BIOS to the RAID.
Assuming that does not work then I will need to wait until I can get a
full card sometime to fix that also.
