I have hcfpcimodem-0.99lnxtbeta03042700-1.src.rpm which hopefully works on 
most RPM-based distributions - it does under Red Hat 9 with a Conexant 
chipset-based HCF PCI modem.

Just email me, if anyone wants that rpm.
