We could have a big bitch fight about how TMDA[0] is the way forward/a
stupid idea which doesn't even solve the problem.
Will "one time challenges" to mails we didn't send become as annoying as
"The virus you sent us (oh except you didn't really send it to us
because the sender was forged) is being quarantined" mails?
Will spammers start forging one time challenges to improve their lists
of email addresses to spam if as the TMDA FAQ[1] suggests everyone is just
going to jump through TMDA hoops anyway?
