[Nottingham] Linux in Church Office anxiety state

As mentioned earlier, I have plans to convert the PCs in our Church 
Office network to everyone's favourite operating system. The plans are 
now at an advanced stage but are causing some anxiety. The secretaries 
in the office are anxiously asking me What is this Linux Thing and Will 
It Work? I am just asking myself Will It Work?   :-)

O ye of little faith...

I plan to install Fedora Core 2 on the three PCs in the network. The 
network has a simple hub. The router for our ADSL internet connection 
has a DHCP server. My problem is firewalls. If I turn on the Fedora 
firewall in each PC, will it still be possible to share printers and 
files between the three PCs?
