Hi Matt, I have unrar-nonfree 3.4.3-1 on my Kubuntu (Hoary) in section 
multiverse/utils. The relevant parts of my sources list is...

deb http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ hoary main restricted
deb http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ hoary universe multiverse
