So that I can flesh out some dates, if still interested could you hazard 
a date for (lan) partying at your new place for geekieness/housewarming?

I can also arrange a backup venue to allow for builders' non-deadlines!

And the only requirements are floorboards and power and a willing 
girlfriend (:-))
