Its all in the dial plan if you have already jumped through your
firewalling and any NAT.

Yep, a good idea. If you only have one external line, then you could
also use an X100 and ATA adapters. Depends on what you want and how much.

They certainly started out that as have others (including the BT
trials). I was under the impression that everything had been opened up
for cross-working. I've not checked lately so I'll be interested in what
you have found.
