I wasn't suggesting that anyone's full name or address (even email address) 
should be attached to the information - since I work in banking I am rather 
aware of the risks!

I doubt anyone would use the things I listed as security questions - with the 
possible exception of 'where born' they have the wrong sort of answer (or are 
inherent in providing your name in the first place, before anyone starts on 
ID questions).   You'll note I even left 'surname' off the list!

I'll have a PHP/MySQL play and see what I can come up with!
