NTL will be hopefully moving any 3 meg customers to 10 meg before the  
end of the year and then everyone else will get the upgrade next year.

As for top posting, I quite often do it because it's quicker if I've  
just got to rattle off a 1 line response. Having said that, I  
generally try to snip out the excess sigs and parts of the previous  
email that aren't needed.
