[Nottingham] NTL Nottingham cable broadband changes?

Anybody else on NTL cable broadband in Nottingham (Mapperly?) have an outage 
this morning about 2:45am? I lost my long-held IP address - most annoying! 

I've been editing my DNS zones to get my webserver visible again but these 
things take time - expect *.tecspy.com to be off the map for a few hours 
while the world catches up.
