Yup, I've been doing this with tecspy.com for a couple of years now. I 
use the free DNS at zoneedit.com and I moved my domain registrations to 
godaddy.com to save on costs ($9 vs £46!!!).

No, you won't need to run bind or (at least until very recently!) any 
dynamic IP daemons. If you have time before your domain registrations 
are up you can move to somebody dirt-cheap who allows you to choose your 
own name servers for free. My total costs per annum are about £6 per 
domain. /msg me for more info.
