[Nottingham] USENET news servers

Hi folks, sorry its such a long time since I last posted, but I
do still lurk here :-).

My ISP (freeserve) recently announced its no longer offering
an NNTP service. Can anyone recommend a FREE news server?
Slow modem connection. Not interested in binary groups.
Just a few comp, uk, sci, and a couple of alt groups.
