Which includes Ubuntu. Also note that the "Other Operating Systems" note 
counts as one line also. Hence to default to Windows is "default 4"

Use:

sudo vim /boot/grub/menu.lst

to edit and finish with "ESC :w! :q" to write the read-only file.
