To which problem?

The obvious solution to people who use CR systems is to persuade them to
turn it off and deal with the spam problem themselves, rather than
shifting it to their friends/customers/prospects etc. If that can't be
achieved, a workaround is to avoid communicating with those who use such
systems.

As for the problem of spam in general, that's something else entirely.
There's probably no single solution, but everyone has to do their bit.
Measures that involve making others do even more work in managing their
inboxes so that you don't have as much work in managing yours is not a
solution.
