Well, I've seen discussions touch hotbuttons before but throw in the Licence 
Fee and everyone has a view to be aired (which is an OK thing, I hasten to 
add). I'm on quite a few LUG lists and this same thread seems to be storming 
along all over the country!

Whatever happens, there'll always be an analogue hole and you'll find your 
shows online pretty quickly. Some don't want to do that - and fair play to 
them. But whatever your approach, you can bet that GNU/Linux will give you 
the tools required to free the information.

I'd prefer a society that was a bit freer and fairer but I'm not holding my 
breath; I just keep on signing petitions, lobbying our leaders, boycotting 
companies, and talking about it in the pub :)
