Does the Panasonic CF-M34GPRS count as a netbook? It has: 8" 
touchscreen, small amount of memory, 700MHz PIII mobile processor... the 
kicker for it tho is the fact that everything's hardened (magnesium 
alloy case, gell-suspended hard drive with shock-mitigating emergency 
spindown/parking, and all the other good stuff that makes it military 
field spec...)
