[Nottingham] Fixing TFT monitor

Hello,

I'll be aquiring a 17" TFT monitor in a week or so. It works but once turned
off it takes a long time to turn back on. I suspect this is caused by bad
caps in the PSU. I am totally unable to solder anything so does anybody know
a place in Nottingham that could repair this for a decent price? That is,
cheaper than a new monitor would cost..
