[Nottingham] bootable cd to flash drive/sd card

It is possible, but it's much easier just to use the UNetbootin tool. That
basically makes a bootable flash drive/sd card from a linux iso
http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/ no need to mess about with dd which could
damage your system if you aren't careful.
