I'm not sure that's actually worth £80. But I have a ten year
old Sony Vaio with less RAM than that (I think 96MB) that's
running Ubuntu 8.04 and XFCE quite happily. OK for email,
web browsing, even watching modest movies. I think the 800x480
resolution would put me off that netbook. It's only the same 
as my Nokia Internet tablet.
